Menu:
This is a small sample menu of some of the items currently available.
Menu items are custom selected based on your client assessment. All entrees
are served with an appropriate side dish unless otherwise noted. Soups
are served with bread as the side dish.

Delicious caramelized steaks served with a red-wine reduction, flavored
with shallot, thyme, butter, and a touch of brown sugar.

Savory meatballs studded with Feta Cheese in a rich tomato sauce with

Rich, hearty, and meaty. A meal in itself
