Chef Izzy:
I have had a passion for cooking since a young age. My earliest memory
of food is being woken up by the sounds and smells of my grandma's homemade
tortilla making every morning during our summers in Mexico. I learned
to appreciate delicious home-cooking at an early age.
I've worked in retail many years all the while nourishing my obsession
with cooking and baking by taking many culinary classes at college and
through small culinary schools. I have been fortunate to train with some
exceptional professionals, but a lot of my skill is proudly self-taught.
I am also professionally trained by and a member of the APCA (American
Personal Chef Association). I am licensed and insured and I'm also a Certified
Food Safety Manager by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals.
My goal as a Personal Chef is to provide delicious food to my clients
and free-up their evenings to do the things they enjoy. Let me take care
of the "What's for dinner?" question. Your taste buds are in good hands.
